In IMAS´ qualitative department special emphasis is focused on conscious and unconscious ´DRIVERS` that determine opinions.
With the help of psychological methods, NLP-Tools and with consideration of systematic components, we are able to screen into the spectrum of the human decision making process and gather valuable insights that will generate amongst others, insights to the ´Aha- experience´.
The methods used by IMAS International in the qualitative research are focus groups, telephone interviews, as well as online discussions.
What we like to do and are doing successfully is the linking of qualitative and quantitative methods – like this we provide our client with an ideal understanding of their target groups.
